In order to participate in Young Leaders: Women in Fire, a minor consent form must be completed prior to beginning the participant's first session. This consent form can be completed prior to arrival and brought to the session (printed and signed) or it can be completed upon arrival to the session (we have printed copies available for a parent/guardian to sign).
